Examples · selected with your organization

Start With Work Your Employees Know.

HR expertise is the foundation. Training can serve employees across departments. We select one shared task during planning; these examples show what practice could look like.

Benefits Communication

Turn approved plan information into an employee announcement and FAQ. Explain changes, required actions, deadlines, and where employees can ask questions. Verify the wording against source materials.

Onboarding & Institutional Knowledge

Turn a non-confidential process description into an onboarding checklist. An experienced employee verifies the steps, gaps, and practical details.

Approved Policy Communication

Prepare an employee summary and supervisor talking points from an approved policy. Check that the wording preserves its meaning and avoids unsupported promises.

Urgent Service Communication

Use fictional facts to practice drafting a service-disruption notice with empathy, clear next steps, and verified information.

These are examples. The final activity is selected with the client.

What participants practice

Direct the Tool. Evaluate the Result.

A guided activity includes questions, review, and revision. During planning, we agree whether participants create individual practice drafts or review a shared group example.

  • Recognize where AI adds value.
  • Give clear instructions and appropriate context.
  • Adjust tone for the audience.
  • Identify missing information and unsupported claims.
  • Check results against approved sources.
  • Protect sensitive information.
  • Recognize when human review or a different approach is necessary.

Personalized means focused.

We customize one shared task for the team. Additional tasks, workflow development, account personalization, leadership briefings, and follow-up are scoped separately.

During planning, we confirm suitable devices, approved-tool access, and whether employees practice individually or review a shared example. Individual document review for every participant is not included. Activities use fictional or non-confidential materials.

This starting session develops a defined set of introductory skills through one task. It does not establish organization-wide readiness or guarantee time savings, legal compliance, or risk elimination.

Policy drafting, legal analysis, technical security assessments, and broader governance work are outside this session.

Responsible use is part of the activity

Approved Tools Still Require Sound Judgment.

Employees practice with fictional or non-confidential information, question unsupported claims, and check results against approved sources.

Qualified people retain responsibility for decisions and required review. AI is a professional tool that can strengthen thinking, communication, and efficiency when appropriately used.

An approved platform does not remove all risk. Employees practice checking facts, recognizing sensitive information, questioning unsupported claims, and following organizational expectations.

Dr. Mary Alvarez’s concept

The AI Time Gap™

Employees may have access to AI but limited time, guidance, and practice to develop professional skills. They keep doing familiar work the same way. That work consumes time, leaving even less room to learn.

This is the AI Time Gap™: a cycle of workload and postponed learning. It describes a workforce challenge, not an employee failure.

Spot the Time Drain → Apply AI with Purpose → Build a Smarter Routine

One focused session creates time to practice an appropriate task and develop skills employees can continue using.

HR + adult learning + risk management
