Prepare People for AI-Driven Workplace Change.

Dr. Alvarez brings an educator’s approach, an HR perspective, and risk-management experience to conversations about AI at work.

Engagements connect directly to practical workforce development: what people need to understand, practice, question, and do next.

A visible commitment

Women Belong in the AI Conversation.

Women do not need technology job titles to participate in AI. A teacher, HR professional, administrator, public employee, or leader using AI is participating in technology.

Practical skills make that participation more confident and visible. Women should be comfortable describing their capabilities and recognizing AI literacy as a professional strength.

Uncertainty is a reasonable starting point. Learning builds on existing knowledge, communication, and judgment.

My goal is to see more women using AI, talking about it, leading with it, and using it to strengthen their careers.

Closing the gap between women and emerging technology.

Connected to one workforce mission

Useful Conversations With a Workplace Purpose.

Responsible AI Use & Workforce Risk

Information protection, verification, organizational expectations, and putting guidance into practice through the SAFER AI approach.

Employee Confidence & Organizational Change

Respect experienced employees’ knowledge, address uncertainty, and create practical opportunities to learn as workplace expectations change.

Women’s Participation & Visibility

Practical AI skills, professional identity, career conversations, and participation in decisions about technology.

For associations, professional-development programs, women’s organizations, public agencies, education, and community-serving organizations. Formats include featured talks, executive briefings, workshops, facilitated discussions, and panel moderation. These are engagement formats within the same workforce-readiness mission.

Executive & department-leader briefings

Lead With Clear Expectations.

Briefings address workforce capability, responsible adoption, oversight, limited staffing, and questions to ask before purchasing or expanding AI tools.

People, processes, information, and leadership need to develop together. Buying a tool does not create organizational readiness.
